The Arena Business Lab is where the action happens in business. In the lab, companies test out all aspects of their businesses (hereafter to be referred to as "busni") to arrive at a killer business model.
This experimental method of launching a business was brought to our attention by Nathan Furr, a Stanford PhD teaching at Brigham Young University.
In the Lab, we recognize that the process of starting a business truly a scientific one - trial and error, baby. It turns out to be pure chaos most of the time, to be honest. Because of this, we've set out to create an atmosphere where entrepreneurs can collaborate, can feed off the perpetual energy that start-ups emit, and can figure out a way to organize and harness that energy to save the world.
The Lab is a place where dreams become goals, goals become plans, and plans become execution. We fail often. But our success lies in our failure - we're making it happen.
